Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba (DOB: 26 January, 1962) is a Nepali social worker, psychologist, and politician, currently serving as a Member of Parliament (MP) representing the Nepali Congress Party of Nepal. She won by 22,000 votes in the proportional representation list. This is her third tenure as an MP.

Deuba has been a member of the Nepali Congress Party since 1996, and an elected Central Committee member since December 2021. She is a member of the Nepali Congress Party Convention and has been on the party’s Central Leadership Voting Committee since 2000.
