Call on by H.E. Dinara Kemelova, Special Representative of the President of Kyrgyzstan for the Implementation of the Five-Year Action Plan for the Development of Mountain Regions. We discussed deepening cooperation in tourism, agriculture, and hydropower. Given Kyrgyzstan and Nepal’s similar topography, I look forward to working with H.E. Kemelova for addressing our unique climate change challenges through the Sagarmatha Sambaad.
