Had a nice meeting with Dr. Kevin Casas-Zamora, Secretary-General of the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA). I shared my appreciation for International IDEA’s continued work towards strengthening democratic, federal, and electoral institutions in Nepal and across the world.
