Glad to have meeting H.E. Abbas Araghchi, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, on the sidelines of the 8th Indian Ocean Conference. Celebrating the 60th anniversary of cordial Nepal-Iran ties, H.E. Araghchi and I discussed avenues for advancing cooperation between our countries. H.E. Araghchi assured me of his intent to continue advocating for the release of Bipin Joshi.
