Delivered my remarks at the Annual Ministerial Meeting of Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs). I expressed my appreciation for the comprehensive and purposeful Doha Program of Action (DPoA). I look forward to the timely and effective implementation of the DPoA, which can play a key role in advancing LLDCs.
