Attended, as observer, the Signing Ceremony of the Convention on the Establishment of the International Organization for Mediation (IOMed) in the Hong Kong SAR convened by the People’s Republic of China.
The Convention was signed by 32 countries. The IOMed – in line with the UN Charter – aims to resolve conflicts through mediation, complementing international dispute settlement mechanisms.
