Addressed Third Summit of Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) held under the theme “Sports Diplomacy” in Doha. I expressed concerns over escalating conflicts & adverse climate change impacts; reaffirmed Nepal’s commitments to multilateralism & ACD objectives; and called for leveraging sports diplomacy for a better Asia and the world.
