Ullens is Nepal’s first not-for-profit distribution school.Ullens School is being developed as a centre for excellence. The school is affiliated with the Bank Street institution of New York. Ullens School also stated Nepal’s first IB Course in 2009. The earnings from the school go towards supporting children from disadvantaged backgrounds to acquire quality education. The school supports over 100 children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Ullens School donates more than Rs 1 crore a year for charitable purposes in the educational sector of Nepal. From this year (2012) the Ullens School has also established a Kindergarten in association with Caltech, USA.
