A constructive meeting with H.E. Johann Wadephul, Federal Foreign Minister of Germany, in Berlin, Germany. We took stock of the gamut of Nepal- Germany relations. I thanked H.E. Wadephul for Germany’s continued economic support for Nepal, while proposing enhanced private sector collaboration. H.E. Wadephul and I also discussed our strong people-to-people ties across tourism, labor, and education. I requested the re-introduction of direct flights between our countries to further promote these ties.
